Once you have confirmed pickup or delivery payment, please follow the instructions below:

Retrieve your bags from baggage claim and take note of the exit door (See example below)

2. Call us at directly at 1-312-224-1191 (direct) -OR- (on call) WhatsApp number to reach the driver AFTER you have have pulled your baggage off baggage claim. (See below for Whatsapp On-call numbers)

Inform the operator of the door number you are standing under and proceed to the PASSENGER PICKUP LANE. (It is the furthest lane past the exit door. See above example picture).
The BH Partner vehicle will arrive within 15-30 minutes of your call.

* Present your order number to the driver upon arrival. (The driver will provide numbered zip lock tags for your bags.) * Take a photo of the numbered tags you will receive to zip tie your luggage. Once tagged, you are free to go or ask for the following: * Complimentary Passenger Transfer (if time permits) to: * Rosemont CTA Train station, * Rosemont Entertainment area, * Premier Outlet Fashion Mall * Or another Terminal (thats in the direction of the exiting location). * Allstate Arena – $10
