BOOKING TIPS
Booking TIP #1: The “Same Day” Grace Period
Maximize your savings! While our standard storage rate is $10 per bag, per day, you can save by booking on a 24-hour basis.
- How it works: If you drop off your bags and select a return time within a 24-hour window (for example, checking out at 1:00 p.m. the following day), you are only charged for one day.
- The Bonus: We allow you to pick up your bags even after that 24-hour mark has passed, provided the pickup occurs within the same calendar day and during our standard walk-in hours (8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
Note: This grace period does not apply to after-hour pickups (6:01 p.m. – 8:29 a.m.), which still require the $25 flat fee.
Booking TIP #2: The “Bundle & Save” Rule
Have multiple small items? Don't pay for each individual piece!
- How it works: If you have several small bags (like tote bags, shopping bags, or small backpacks) that can securely fit inside one of our standard 50lb large bag, we will count and charge the entire bundle as just 1 bag.
- The Benefit: This is perfect for families or travelers who picked up a few extra souvenirs and want to keep their storage costs down.

- Daily: $10 per bag, per day
- Weekly: $35 per bag (7 Days)
- Monthly: $75 per bag (29 Days)
- Pickup/Return Delivery Needed? Add $35 for RT luggage Delivery (optional)

- Includes up to 3 bags ( Add $5 per each add’l bag over 3 bags)
- Does not include tax and processing fee.

- One-way Delivery: $35
- Covers 3-20 miles To/From Ohare Airport
- Includes up to 3 bags (Add $5 per each add’l bag)
(Does not include 8.75% tax, 20% processing fee and 15% Tip)
HAPPY HOUR DELIVERY:
- Happy Hour Delivery Between Airport-to-City/Suburbs -
- $49 – Includes up to 4 bags. Add $5 per each add'l bag.
- $5 per each additional Bag (after the 4th bag)
- Storage included.
- Pickup Time from Ohare: Within 15 minutes of your call
- Delivery Time to Hotel: 6 PM – 8 PM
- Covers 3-20 miles from O’hare Airport
(Does not include tax, processing fee and tip)
AFTER-HOUR ACCESS:
Need to drop-off or pickup your luggage after walk-in hours?
- After Hour Access Time: 6:01 p.m. – 8:29 a.m.
- $25 ‘After Hour’ Flat Fee: (not per bag)

- 30-Minute Wait Time Window
- Does NOT apply for ‘Happy Hour Delivery’
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Terminal to Terminal Transport (Passenger & Luggage):
- $75 – Include up to 8 to 10 Bags
- Up to 3-4 Passengers
- Terminal to MCI/Car Rental Available (Located on Zemske Rd)
(Rate may increase for transport of 11 bags or more)
Bulk Delivery (Boxes, Materials, etc.): Call for quote.
- Bulk Base Rate: Start at $5 per 50 lbs/item/per location
- Vehicle Surcharges: Mid-size ($20); Pickup ($35); Pickup w/ Trailer ($75); Box Truck ($150+)
- Driver and Assistant Included. (Add’l BaggageHelper: $25 per hour w/2 hour minimum)
- Covers up to 20 miles To/From Ohare Airport
- Does not include Processing Fee/Taxes/Tip
Luggage Wrap – $15 per bag
